Regulations on the procedure for holding competitive selection for inclusion into the National Honor Board have been approved. Prime Minister of Belarus Aleksandr Turchin has signed the relevant resolution of the Council of Ministers, the press service of the government
told BelTA.
The document was developed to implement presidential decree No.195 of 15 June 2026. In particular, the resolution provides for establishing general requirements for competitive selection of candidates for inclusion into the National Honor Board.
A procedure is being established to regulate how state administration bodies interact as they organize and hold competitive selection among oblasts, Minsk, districts, cities of oblast subordination, and organizations. Peculiarities of holding competitive selection among organizations are being determined. Such selection will be held for the organization as a whole. At present the contest is open to organizations and their separate units. Apart from that, conditions are established, under which competitive selection is not held in individual nominations as well as a procedure for redistributing such places to other nominations. Thus, selection is not held in individual nominations if the minimum number of submitted candidates is absent or mandatory conditions are not met by these candidates. A list of information and documents (including their forms) required for submission and participation in competitive selection is determined.
The resolution specifies lists of performance indicators taking into account industry-specific peculiarities of candidates in each nomination, and a procedure for awarding points to candidates for inclusion into the National Honor Board.
