Construction work is underway in the Mikhnovichsky district of individual residential low-rise buildings

 The city of Ivatsevichi continues to grow and develop, and with it the Mikhnovichsky quarter of individual low-rise residential buildings.


As explained in the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Ivatsevichi District Executive Committee, an area of 30.31 hectares in the southwestern part of the city of Ivatsevichi beyond the village of Mikhnovichi was chosen for the construction of private houses in the new quarter. Of these, 16.6 hectares are allocated for individual development sites, and the remaining 13.71 hectares are allocated for the Yubileiny Park, public shopping areas and a preschool institution for 60 children (its construction is planned if there is demand).

The new residential block “Mikhnovichsky” contains 116 plots of 0.1 hectares each. The project, developed by Ivatsevichistroyproekt OJSC, began to be implemented last year. Its customer is the Unitary Enterprise “UKS Ivatsevichi District”.
– At the moment, the construction of minimal engineering infrastructure is underway: water and electricity networks. Gas supply to the Mikhnovichsky quarter will be carried out next year according to the plan. after that, gravel roads will be built,” explained Sergei Savanchuk, head of the Ivatsevichi District Management Unitary Enterprise.
The planning decision provides for development on six streets, the name of each was assigned during public discussion. These are the streets of Vasily Struve, Syromyanka, Ivan Vasilevich, Borovaya, Mikola Kupreev, Ivan Tarasevich.
Citizens who are on the waiting list of those in need of improved housing conditions in the Ivatsevichi District Executive Committee are applying to receive a plot of land in the Mikhnovichsky quarter. The land management service of the Ivatsevichi regional executive committee has issued 47 plots to date, some developers have already started construction.
