February 23 is a holiday of courageous and strong-willed people, true patriots of their Motherland, working for the good of the country, living in its interests, ready for decisive action in the name of its well-being.
We honor everyone for whom military service has become a profession; young people who are just preparing to join the ranks of our army; civil workers, peaceful labor strengthening the power of the state.
We honor the memory of officers and soldiers who gave their lives in the name of the future of their people, we are proud of our fellow countrymen who, at the cost of their lives, defended peace on our land. We bow our heads to those who fell in battle while fulfilling their international duty. We admire the valor and courage of all who stood up to defend the world with arms in hand and who today, in the face of new global threats, take responsibility for peace and order in their native land.
On this wonderful day, we sincerely wish goodness, happiness, harmony and prosperity to every family. Health and longevity to veterans of the Armed Forces, successful service to soldiers and officers. May this holiday of brave and courageous people always be peaceful and joyful!
